The content, scope, cost, and implementation of each project will only be determined after Tuunext has discussed the project with the customer and the parties have agreed on the documents applicable to that project.

4. Website templates and custom design

The website templates presented may be used as a starting point and adapted to the customer’s needs, content, and brand identity. Images or previews are intended only to illustrate a reference style and structure; the outcome of each project depends on the agreed scope and content.

For a custom-designed website, requirements concerning the structure, interface, content, and functionality will be discussed and confirmed for each project, agreed upon, and clearly submitted to the customer for approval before work begins.

5. Content provided by the customer

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of, and the right to use, logos, trademarks, text, images, product data, and other materials provided for the project.

By providing content, the customer permits Tuunext to use it to the extent necessary to discuss and carry out the agreed work. Any special confidentiality requirements or restrictions on use should be confirmed by the parties in writing.

6. Intellectual property rights

The Tuunext name, logo, content, images, designs, and materials on the website belong to Tuunext or are used with the permission of their respective owners, unless otherwise stated.

Rights of use or ownership relating to project deliverables, customer assets, pre-existing components, or third-party materials will be determined in the agreement applicable to each project. This Terms page does not itself create or replace an ownership transfer agreement.

7. Projects and scope of work

Each project may have different objectives, content, and levels of customization. The scope of work should be confirmed before work begins. If the customer requests changes or additions during implementation, Tuunext will discuss their potential effect on the scope, timeline, and cost before proceeding with the relevant work.

This Terms page alone does not establish any fixed pricing, payment schedule, delivery time, hosting or maintenance service, or refund conditions.

8. Responsibilities of the parties

Tuunext is responsible for carrying out the work within the agreed scope and discussing with the customer the information required for the project.

The customer is responsible for providing the information, content, feedback, and rights required for the work to be carried out. Each party should promptly notify the other if it identifies an issue that may affect the project.

9. Limitation of liability

Tuunext seeks to keep the information on the website clear and relevant, but the introductory content may not fully reflect every requirement or circumstance of a specific project.

Liability relating to a specific project is determined by the agreement between the parties and the applicable law. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under the law.

10. Changes to services and terms

Tuunext may update the website content, the scope of the services presented, or these terms when its operations or legal requirements change. The new version will be posted on this page, and the update date will be adjusted after the content has been approved.
